UPDATE (3/22): Vincent Hurley, a suspect in the Old Administration burglary, was booked into Fresno County Jail after 3 p.m. on suspicion of burglary. He was released six hours later.
ORIGINAL (3/21): Campus police arrested a man Wednesday on suspicion of burglarizing the Old Administration Building.The man, Vincent Hurley, was arrested at a home on north Harrison Avenue this morning, State Center Community College District Police Chief Joe Callahan said.
Hurley, along with another man and a woman, are suspected of stealing about $180,000 of audio equipment from the Old Administration Building on the morning of March 13.
Callahan said that the media exposure of the break-in yielded one tip that led to Hurley’s arrest. He also said that Hurley was being taken to Fresno County Jail to be booked, but could not confirm if he had been booked into the jail.
The other two suspects are still at-large, he said.
