The voting for 2012-2013 Associated Student Government elections has been canceled after errors in the database led to registration errors. Director of student activities and ASG advisor, Sean Henderson made the announcement at 1 p.m. at the beginning of a candidate forum and debate hosted by the Rampage.
All active FCC students should be able to vote by following an invitation sent to their district email account. Early on, many students reported not receiving that email. Henderson said that the error is affecting Reedley College as well.
The decision was made to cancel the current voting, invalidating any student votes that have already been made.
Voting will restart May 2.
