With the holidays right around the corner, students and faculty are getting into the spirit of giving with the Fresno City College’s Hope for the Holidays program.

The program’s goal is to help spread holiday cheer to students who are less fortunate through donations from students and staff.

Students will be nominated by different departments on campus and they will receive gift cards.

The gift cards can be used to help that student put food on the table for their families this season.

Last year, 243 students were awarded a holiday gift card.

To donate, you can take your donation and fill out a basic information form and deliver to the FCC Business Division office.

The deadline to deliver a donation is Nov. 29, 2017. If you donate before that deadline, your name will be put on a “thank you” recognition list.
