The Fresno City College men’s basketball team showed why they are ranked No.7 in the state in Wednesday’s 114-64 win over the Merced Blue Devils.
FCC’s offense shined with multiple layups from stolen balls and two dunks by DeAndre Madlock. Marcus Hall led the Rams with 18 points. Six other Rams also contributed with double figure scores.
The Rams need four more wins to complete a second straight unbeaten season in the Central Valley Conference. Additionally, the Rams are in pursuit of a 10th straight conference title.
Despite scoring 114 points as a team, the Rams were more proud of their hustle and effort on defense. The men yelled and gave high fives for hustle and hard work. They played fearlessly as they took charges and the slid into the scorer’s table for loose balls.
