Women’s Soccer open up season on a high note.
The Fresno City College Women’s soccer team has opened up the 2015 season on a high note with 2 great wins in the past week, first being a 3-1 win over Modesto College on Tuesday, September 1. They then went on to defeat Consumes River 4-1 on Friday, September 4.
Sophomore Jessica Robles scored first for the Rams in the 28th minute. The game was tied 1-1 at the half.
In the second half sophomores Camilla Figueira and Yesseniah Delgadillo scored to put the game away for the Rams.
In the game against Consumes River, the Rams jumped on their opponent early with Freshman Forward Denisse Aguiree scoring in the first minute of the game.
Then Sophomores Camilla Figueira and Yesseniah Delgadillo scored right before the half.
Sophomore Jessica Robles scored the final goal.
FCC currently has a 3-0-1 record and are No.2 in the NSCAA Rankings.
