Angelina Alatorre-Amaya is 19 years old, and will be turning 20 in February. Angelina was born and raised in Fresno, California. This is her second year of college and she is majoring in journalism. Some of her previous experience with writing includes taking a journalism class during the fall semester. She hopes to gain more experience with writing and grow her confidence in it too. Angelina is a kind and caring person who enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

She loves to travel, she has been to Mexico, Oregon, Nevada, and many places throughout California. She hopes to go to other countries like South Korea, Japan, and Singapore in the future. She loves learning about traditional foods, music, and languages from different cultures.

She also enjoys singing in her free time. Many people said that she’s good, but she says it’s only for fun. Karaoke is one of her favorite things to do when she is in the car or at home. Angelina has this adorable 2-year-old Shih-Tzu that she loves so much.

She has a liking for collecting albums and cute trinkets to show off on her shelf. Her third place is definitely the movie theatre and the farmers market. Visiting the movie theaters is something she likes to do often, especially on Tuesdays. She also loves to go to the farmers market at River Park with her friends and her little sister. Supporting the local vendors is something she loves to do, plus she loves to shop.
